This solar home has been architecturally designed to take full advantage of it's raised position next to a park with floor to ceiling windows/glass doors down one side of the house that flood the house with sunlight all day long. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area provides a huge space for you and your family to relax and unwind. Double glass doors open onto the backyard patio and grassed area to extend your living outside. Views overlooking the park and surrounding area can be seen from the living area inside and from the backyard. Watch the sun setting over the tree tops towards the western beaches.

When at home your family and friends can go to the park right next door, in fact, as the house is raised over the park you can watch your children from the backyard. A BBQ is available for you to take advantage of the lovely summer days and nights for meals outside. In the hot months a very large peppermint tree overhangs the backyard providing a shady play area for the whole afternoon. A games room leads off the living area with a pool table and games provided for your adult entertainment.

This executive style house has fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating and has polished Tasmanian oak floorboards throughout all living areas and the main bedroom. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The living area has a 42" TV, stereo (with ipod connection), and blu-ray DVD player. The house is fully stocked with high quality sheets, bedding and bath towels.

There are 4 large double bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in robe, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower area. 3 further rooms each have a queen sized bed.

The house is ideally situated 10 minutes from Fremantle; 10 minutes from South Fremantle Beach; 10 minutes from the Swan River (cafe and play areas such as Zeffer's cafe and Point Walter); 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Cottesloe, Leighton and Port Beach. Perth city is a 20 min drive up the freeway, or it's a 5 minute drive to Bullcreek train station and 2 stops into the city.

This luxury, spacious, modern house will suit both business travelers and families on vacation. 4 bedrooms will sleep 9 adults or a family with children. It's location is excellent for access to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Fremantle, amazing Perth beaches or a short drive or train ride into Perth city.

Additional charge of $20 per set for extra linen used above confirmed guests, $5 per beach towel not washed

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance as we are not responsible for any injuries, illness, theft or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property

Four Seasons House is spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities, and it made a good base for a family holiday. Our toddler enjoyed the garden and the park next door. With a car, it's well-placed to access Perth, Fremantle and the surrounding area.

The house is very clean and exactly as described. Love the house and the kids enjoyed staying there as if its their holiday house, and all the family games keep them the entertained. Perfect suburb house if you are looking for one. Definately will stay back when i return back to perth.

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at the four seasons house. It was in a very convenient location for us close to Fiona Stanley Hospital. The lovely park next door made a beautiful backdrop for this very well maintained home.

I recently stayed at Esther's property in Perth with other members of my family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was the perfect size for 7 people, modern, well presented and comfortable, with lots of great extras, such as a pool table and games. Esther was also really helpful and responsive, and provided detailed information about both the house and the area before we arrived. I would definitely stay at this property again, and will recommend it to others.

I'm pleased to be the first to review the Four Seasons House. Ether is a great host, communicated well, responded quickly even though she was traveling at the time. Had answers to all my questions and many helpful suggestions. The house manual she put together is outstanding, has instructions for every appliance in the house as well as more helpful local information. The house is *better* than the photographs and she has a nice set of photos! This space is huge, great for a large family or up to four couples traveling together. Even if you had a large group, plenty of space for privacy, lots of bathrooms/half baths to go around and when you add in the playroom with pool table and the outdoor space, no one should feel cramped. The kitchen is great, and while you're in there, easy to be a part of the activities going on around you. The outdoor barbecue is also a nice touch and used that a couple of times, but remember to clean it after you're done! For longer stays, the washer/dryer/laundry is handy. The house comes complete with some toys and games for the kids to play with and a good mix of DVD's to watch. Esther has also done an outstanding job of removing enough personal objects so you never feel like you are intruding on someone else's private space. I was a little worried about losing some privacy when people are in the park next-door, but that was never a problem. It just didn't seem to get much use. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. You can walk about two blocks to a small grocery store, bottle shop, deli, library and post office (can buy local SIM cards here). This is handy, but I think it would be a mistake to try to stay there for too long without a car, (unless of course, you really wanted a quite, stay-in vacation in a very large, private and comfortable house). Taxis are readily available, never had to wait more than about 10 or 15 minutes, but the costs add up quickly coming in from the airport, and running back and forth to Freemantle. Better to plan to rent a car or bring one with. One word of warning, the house does not have Wi-Fi and there are very few free Wi-Fi spots in the area outside of McDonald's and the library (that put some restrictions on non-locals use). Overall, an outstanding house, a great host and loved the greater Freemantle Perth area for sightseeing. So much to do! Hope to get back again sometime next year.
