The apartment is located in the town of Palau (Sardinia), about 500 meters from the Sciumara beach and 500 meters from downtown Palau. The location is great to go visit the wonderful sea, the Maddalena archipelago and the famous Costa Smeralda.
The apartment is on the first and last floor of a peaceful condo located in a very well connected and served zone of Palau that dists about 500 meters from the “Sciumara” beach and 500 meters from downtown Palau. A grocery store, a bakery, an Italian coffee shop (free wi-fi), a restaurant, a laundry and a self service laundry are located within 150 meters from the house.
The zone where the apartment is located allowes to easly reach by foot many places of the town while other town zones (for instance Palau Alta) even if located very close to the downtown area (but not from the beach), will constrict you to walk up steep climb.
The apartment is confortable and functional, can host easily 6 people and is composed as it follows: entrance-living room with a coking corner and a balcony, a spacious master bedroom, a little bedroom with a bunk bed, a living attic with two single beds that can be united in one double bed is reachable trought a spiral staircase located inside the apartment.
The living room and the two downstairs bedrooms are air conditioned, while the attic is not. The apartment is provided with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, a TV in the living room and one in the master bed room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, silver ware, pots and pans) and we can provide, renting them, the necessary linen (sheets, towels, kitchen cloths..). To rent the linen we ask for an additional fee of 20 euros per person that you can pay at the check-in. You don’t need to ask for linen right at the moment of reservation, but you have to let us know within 10-14 days from your arrival. The guests within the house can use a free Wi-fi for 5/GB a week. We own a locked garage located in the condo’s basement that we offer to the guests that may need it for cars or bikes.

Otros aspectos destacables
I subscribed on Airbnb in 2015 and trought Airbnb I rented the house for the summer. ‘Till the 2014 the house was rented trought a real estate agency.
Since a few years I’m also part of a house exchange circuit with great satisfaction for me and my guests.
Unfortunatly I’m allergic: pets are not allowed and we don’t smoke in the apartment (but you can in the balcony!).
I live far from Palau but in the same condo lives a trusted person that can help the guests in case of need.
