We generally meet the new guests on arrival, unless later at night, in which case the keys will be provided in a lockbox at the rear of the property in front of the parking stall. There is a security door to the building as well as a key for the unit itself.

Donna will meet all guests on check -in if possible to show them around the property. Late arrivals after 10 pm in the evening, can access the Condo by a key from a lock box located at the rear of the building in front of the assigned parking space.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking indoors, illegal drug use, or burning candles/incense is cause for immediate eviction.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. A $150 fee will be applied if pets are brought into the property.
No unregistered overnight guests allowed. We will check the ID of guests (passport or drivers licence) on check-in.
No drugs, hard partying, loud music, or excessive drinking are allowed in the apartment.
No burning incense or candles.
Observe a quiet time of 10:00 pm - 8 am.
Please park in the assigned parking stall at the rear of the building, or on the street in front of the building. Be aware that there are certain parking restrictions during the day on the street, as well as during the winter during a period following a heavy snowfall when a total street parking ban is in effect to allow for clearing of the snow. The host is not responsible for fines or towing that may occur if the guest is parked illegally.
Please leave clean dishes upon your departure. No dirty dishes should be left in the room, sink or counter tops.
The bed linens and towels will be washed by the owner. Place dirty towels on the bathroom floor, and bed linen can be left on the beds on departure day. The bed linens and towels will be washed by the host.
Please bag all garbage and place it outside in the dumpster behind the building. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
Guests are expected to leave the premises as reasonably clean. All dishes must be clean and stowed in the cupboards. Please pick up any litter off the floors in the unit before departure.
The hosts will not be responsble for any mail or packages delivered to the property.
Lost key fee & admin charge to get recut by the condo board is: $150
