Wonderful two double bedroom apartment. We spend a lot of time on our nearby houseboat so may not be here when you stay - but we're just a phone call away.

Modern two bedroom fourth floor apartment with balcony in one of London's most prestigious luxury developments by the river Thames near all the sights - including the London Eye and Houses of Parliament.

The living room and bedrooms catch the the sun during the day when it's nice to sit on the small balcony despite central London's traffic.

The kitchen has all you will need including dishwasher and American style fridge with ice dispenser.

The bathroom has a strong shower/ rain stick. There's underfloor heating and free reliable fast broadband.

You'll have full access to everything!

We usually stay nearby on our boat but are just a phone call away.

We know London well so just ask if you need any tips or advice:)

St George Wharf is very safe with 24 hour security/ concierge. It has three pubs/ restaurants with views of the river and sights including the Houses of Parliament and London Eye. There's also a café, hairdresser, shops and a gym you can use for £5.

Vauxhall itself has a some great places to eat, a busy nightlife, excellent transport and several superstores. You're in the heart of London too with all that has to offer☺

Vauxhall is a major transport interchange. Journey times to every airport are one hour.

Victoria Line – the best line for visiting as it takes you everywhere. Victoria, Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street are all a two or three stops away.

Mainline train station – good for trains to Gatwick and Brighton.

Bus station.

You collect your key at Counter Restaurant at the station opposite. You'll get sent a code with instructions on what to do. You get one set of keys there and there will be another waiting for you in the apartment.

A great flat situated almost directly on the Victoria line, it's easy to get to and from almost anywhere. The walk to the tube is maybe three minutes, which makes doing all the London things you presumably came here to do very easy and affordable (as far as transportation goes). Otherwise, the flat is well-sized for two, maybe three, comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.

The location was great and very convenient. Gavin was very nice and always available to answer questions, and frequently checked on us for any inconveniences. I would love to stay here again for my next visit to London with my family.

We had a great stay in Gavins apartment. Very close to restaurants,underground right outside,there was a Tescp store right next to the building. Gavin was very easy to get in touch with when we had a question. He answered immediately. The apartment was like the pictures ans description. We were 2 people living there, one of us thought that one of the bed matress were maybe a little hard,but other then that nothing to complain about. I would recommend staying here. Regards norway

Great location. Terrific place to unwind after a long day out in London. Beds extremely comfortable. The proximity to Vauxhall station makes getting around London an absolute breeze. Gavin responded to any questions/concerns quite quickly and had some excellent recommendations for us. Overall, a wonderful experience - cheers Gavin!

Gavin was an excellent host. He was so helpful and responded to any questions immediately. The apartment is clean, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. Was a wonderful experience. Oh and every mode of transportation is just downstairs. Thank you Gavin. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to London.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. LOCATION: On The Thames, next door to MI6, Vauxhall Tube station outside the front door and supermarket in the building. Vauxhall is an area that is undergoing urban renewal. The stretch along the river is being modernised with gleaming new towers. EATING OUT: I am a foodie so my comments should be read with this in mind. The immediate area lacks good restaurants, pubs and cafes. I think this will improve in the near future as new businesses open to cater for the construction mentioned above. Best pub within easy walking distance is The Black Dog. Best restaurant is Brunswick House. Both of these are very good IMHO. I didn't find any good, clean, quality "cheap eat" joints I'd recommend. This, however, wasn't a problem as it was so simple to take the tube to search out other places. COMMUNICATION: No issue at all. We spoke to Gavin once on arrival but mostly dealt with Alex. Both were excellent and co-operative.

Great location, good communication. Nice clean warm aprtment with great access to... everywhere. Recommended.

I own this apartment with my partner Alex and have been doing airbnb off and on for a couple of years- great fun! We're really helpful and love meeting new people.
