Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking outside of bedroom windows or doorway is also not allowed. You may smoke outside in the garden well clear of the building.
You are not permitted to bring visitor into the house without the landlord’s permission. Inquire with the landlord if you would like to do this and the costs involved in case of overnight stay.
