The condo certainly fitted our purpose for the 2 week stay. Having the added car park was excellent, but a little tight in size. The building was close enough to the main strip so we could walk down to the beach or shops within minutes, but it was far way enough so we didnt hear much noise from these areas at night. Every now and then you would hear a police siren, but this would be heard from other buildings. The buildings pool, sauna and bbq area was also excellent. Maybe just ask for some instruction on how to work a few of the appliances prior to your arrival. Although, in a great location, clean and tidy condo. The shop at the front of the building was also a great convenience. Thanks Jeffrey and Signature properties. Mahalo!

The place was very nice and clean when we arrived. There were cockroaches but aside from this, the place met my expectations. The location was very central to nightlife, food, and the beach. There were a lot of clean towels and a bunch of beach equipment. The only issue I had was with the management. The building manager was very unprofessional and rude in the few interactions we had.

Jeffery's place was great. It was clean and in an ideal location. Very close to everything you need. Just far enough away from the hustle of the Main Street but accessible to the beach in the matter of minutes. There were lots of dishes and pots and pans, towels and sheets, and lots of stuff to take to the beach! It has a corner store with everything you need pretty much in the lobby of the building and it is located at an itersection with a bus stop. Restaurants and bars are close and you can walk everywhere from this apartment. The only downside was there are only one set of keys so if you are travelling with another couple, you have to do everything together or coordinate meeting times to get back in. Other than that, the place was perfect. Great value for your dollar as Waikiki can be quite expensive. This place is a gem!

Convenient location and great view. Cleanliness is a big issue as cockroaches are everywhere (kitchen, bathroom, and even on the bed). Bed covers and sheets are not well cleaned and we ended up using our own's. The screen door to the patio cannot be opened, and I sent message to Jeffrey but until we left the house 2 days later no body came to fix it.

Jeffrey's place was excellent! Jeffrey was very helpful and communicated with us well. The apartment was easy to find and it was so conveniently located - close to restaurants, shops and Waikiki beach. The apartment had everything we needed, great facilities, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. It was convenient having laundry facilities and a pool. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
