There are ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area for your comfort. The complex has secure underground car parking. The unit is approx 400m along the foreshore into the heart of Byron Bay and is a popular choice for families, singles and couples alike. (Bedding Configuration - 2 Queen, 2 Singles.

This second floor apartment is perfectly positioned directly opposite Main Beach and just 400 metres from Byron Bay's restaurants and shops.

From in front of The Beach Hotel, Jonson Street, Main Beach extends east, becoming Clarkes Beach and stretching round to The Pass. Clarkes Beach, always busy with families and surfers walking back to the Pass, has calm waves and is an ideal place to learn to surf.

This wide north facing beach is perhaps best known for a surf beak found at the far end – The Pass. The Pass is a long RH point break that peels of the headland below Fishermans Lookout.
