I cancelled my booking from the moment I went for a shower which was the first thing I done before unpacking due to high temps and extreme sweating. Shower was not working and I immediately contacted wisam and also handed in the apartment keys to remax agency. I was not aware of meeting an agency either, however this was not the issue. Wisam will have to repair the shower before leasing further as it is not fit for use. The apartment itself was nice and livable. If the shower had been in full working order, this apartment would have been excellent. Location was not too bad, however not exactly as described. I am still waiting on a full refund as I had the hassle of booking another place at a higher cost and also lost holiday time of a full day and night! If I don't get my refund I shall never use airbnb or wisam for future booking. Will be following up a complete complaint procedure if I don't get my money back within 5 working days.
I really wish the shower had been working, because it would have saved me money and time out of my 4 night trip to marrakech
