Appartamento a metà strada tra City Life, una delle zone di più recente costruzione a Milano, e il Parco Sempione, distante un quarto d’ora di cammino.
Apartment located half way between the “City Life”, one of the most recently built areas of Milan, and the Sempione Park, just 15 minutes by walking.
The apartment is situated at the 6th floor of building placed in a very lively and popular area of the city, but the entrance brings straight back to the typical milanese setting: it is like a traditional “casa di ringhiera” (a peculiar style house with inner courtyards, where all the house floors and apartment entrances are like open balconies, overlooking the courtyard itself), of the last century. This characteristic makes the living room a very bright space.
In the living zone there are a livable kitchen, the queen size bed sofa, the table - extensible, for 6 people -, the TV and the air conditioning unit. This is also the relax area of the apartment and when the weather is nice we suggest you keep the door open, so that you can enjoy the striking view over the city’s roofs and perhaps a chat with the neighbours.
The bathroom has a window, a shower and a little cabinet in which you can store the articles for your personal care.
The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a queen size bed, a big closet perfect also for medium-long stays, a desk and a wide window which overlooks a small public garden and provides brightness to the room.
The apartment does not miss of ornaments of different kinds, such as the little armchair or the modern minimal style shelves.
Small sized pets are allowed only on request.
If needed is possible to add a crib.
The apartment is located at just 10 minutes walking distance from the most famous park in Milan, Sempione Park. If you don’t feel like walking you can catch the tram (no 1 or 19) in Corso Sempione. For those who want to go directly to the historical center we suggest you use the Milan Urban Railway (“Passante ferroviario”), which stops in the nearby Via Domodossola: in very few minutes it takes you to Cadorna Station and the fare is the same of public transports.
Is worth to be mentioned the museum “Triennale”, situated inside of Sempione Park, which represents a real institution when it comes to design, architecture, all the visual disciplines in general, and the periodical thematic expositions.
The apartment is also surrounded by a good quantity of restaurants, that will satisfy all tastes: amongst the pizzerias we point out “Giro Pizza” which serves pizza in slices, a perfect solution for quick lunches.
Amongst the ethnic restaurants we suggest the “Feel Fusion” and its most appreciated sushi rolls, since recently the sushi menus have conquered the title of traditional honorary cooking in Milan.
When staying here, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. Of course, we also want our place to be taken care of and not mistreated. So feel at home, but remember it is our home too! To make sure we are all aligned please read carefully these house rules below:
1.A lot of people comes to Milan to make party which we really do understand as this is a funny place for this. However because we'd like also to take care of our neighbors (some of them have kids) so I would ask my guests to stop make noise after 10pm. Your party can definitely carry on but it will be outside.
2.Sorry but as much as we love animals (and we really do!) - no pets allowed in the flat unless other arrangements have been previously made.
3.Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
4.For security reasons, we'd like our guest to make sure that all the windows are closed when they leave the flat and also to lock the entrance door.
5.For the master chef, you are more than welcome to cook and to use the kitchen. Please just make sure to clean the kitchen and your dishes before the check-out.
6.I do not accept our guest to bring any strangers from outside without our authorization. So please contact us if you have a request like this.
7.If something is broken/deteriorated during your stay, we would prefer that you inform us instead of finding it out by ourselves later. Obviously if something is broken we will ask our guest to replace/repair it during their staying. If we have to handle this by ourselves we will have to use your deposit to fix this issue.
8.During your staying, we’d like our guests to shut all the lights when they are leaving the flat and when they sleep.
9.We need to arrange with our guests a welcome timing as soon as possible. So here are the free schedules: Check-in possible between 2.00 pm till 9.30 pm.
Late check-in is charged EUR 20 for the first 2 hours. After this time a surcharge of EUR 40 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
10.All Children under 2 years are welcome and will stay free of charge in a crib (that we will provide under request)
11.City Tax of € 2 per person per night; it will be charged in cash upon arrival as is not included in the reservation amount, this is a mandatory Municipal Tax.
