Each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms (one executive room with king bed and one deluxe double room with either twin beds or queen bed) in an apartment can accommodate two persons. Each bedroom has a writing desk, luggage rack, wardrobe ,TV and complementary WiFi. The executive bedroom in each apartment has 2 comfortable sofa chairs, a coffee table and an additional mini fridge inside the bedroom. You may also choose to rent only a bedroom with private bath and share the common living room and kitchen in the apartment.

About twice a week some sound of music from UB City is heard in a few of the bedrooms till around 11 pm. All rooms inside the apartment are smoke - free. You may smoke in the garden.
All guests fill out the guest registration form, furnish photo ID, passport and visa copy. Smoking is acceptable in the garden only.
