Spacious and comfortable home with a big living room, connected playroom/office and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It is situated at a nice lawn, playground round the corner and only a 5 minute walk to the trainstation, taking you to the city center in 10 mins

The house is situated in the old village of Vleuten, now part of Utrecht. It is situated on a lawn with a playground just round the corner.
Supermarkets, bakery and other shops are only a few minutes away.
Within cycling distance from our home you'll find Kasteel de Haar (the biggest castle of The Netherlands), Haarrijnse Plassen (swimming lake with small beach and beach club Key West), Goats Farm Geertjes Hoeve, Maxima park (recreational area with nice playground De Bosspeeltuin), Castellum (a rebuild roman castle with archaeological remains, including a big roman ship) and various nice restaurants.
