Completely renovated 1bd/1ba basement apartment in DC rowhouse 2 blocks from H Street corridor with great restaurant and bar options. Less than 1 mile from Metro (NoMa station on Red Line) with easy access to Capitol, National Mall, Arboretum, Museums and more. Easy access to monuments and museums via a variety of options (walk, street car, bus, bike, drive).
The apartment is a completely separate entrance from the front of the house and is controlled by a keypad entry system. You will have access to WiFi and apple TV if you'd like to watch your Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, etc., but there is so much to do in DC you may not have time to watch TV. The space is completely furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a full size sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils for your cooking needs, as well as a Keurig coffeemaker w/K-cups, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and an in-unit washer & dryer with detergent. Feel free to use anything in the apartment.
There is a great green space as part of the school across the street, with a splash park in the summer. Being 2 blocks from the H Street Corridor provides plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Check out the guidebook. I also have a list of recommendations in the apartment once you arrive - or just text me and I'll give you recommendations.
