BETTA is composed by: living, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and separate kitchen.

It is located on the 6th floor with elevator.

You have: free WiFi and a parking place available at € 20,00/day.

Main appliances are: TV, microwave, capsule coffee machine and washing machine. Unfortunately we do not have a dryer.


We provide: a little welcome kit, towels, linens, cleaning service and some recommendations on local activities.

Cot is available at a cost of €20,00 for the whole stay.

Car is not necessary since you can reach every interesting spot in Milano and surrounding by foot or public transportation; which in Milano is definitely a widespread and efficient service.

Well trained pets are welcome.

Strategic location in the Ticinese district , area C. At 10 min tram ride from the Cathedral and 5 minutes' walk from Navigli and the Zona Tortona ; less than a kilometer from Piazza Sant'Ambrogio , the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and the Museum of Science and Technology.

It's inside the 17th century city walls. 15 minutes walk from Duomo.
A few meters away there are a lot of important monuments such as the basin of Leonardo, the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio and the Arena ruins of the Roman period.
Ticinese district is also known for the night life on the canals and to be adjacent to the Zona Tortona Milan's famous design district.

The history of the canals in Milan begins in the second half of the twelfth century with the construction of the first fairway .
Milan is a city covered by water, crossed by rivers and canals adjusted to ingenious technical devices .

The first channel , the Ticinello , was opened in 1179 and with its 50 km length began the construction of the Naviglio Grande .

Great engineers started the project that we can still admire its innovative system of locks designed by Leonardo da Vinci in the late fifteenth century.

Over the years, the canals were very neglected and in 1977 the state handed over the management of the Naviglio Martesana to the region , which in 1980 started a project for the upgrading of the area. The canals were once very popular and were the haunt of shops and markets .

Currently the Navigli area is characterized by the presence of so many artists, models , musicians and university students thanks to the many bars and restaurants that make this area of Milan, a real pole of attraction . The atmosphere is very particular and the surrounding landscape is really exciting to see .

Walking through one of the most characteristic areas of the city, the Navigli area , hidden among bars and restaurants there is the fantastic Vico Lavandai .

The Naviglio Grande is the oldest of the channels in Milan and it was built in 1179 with the function to irrigate the countryside in Milan.
Only later in 1270 was also considered as a waterway.
The Naviglio Grande was born in Ticino and reach the center of Milan.
The Grand Canal is 48.5 km long , wide between 12 and 40 meters deep and 1 meter to 4 meters .
The transport of goods took place on barges that once you reach the dock were sorted in the ring of canals .
Through this stream is in fact carrying the marble for the construction of the Cathedral of Milan.
Even today you can admire the innovative system of locks designed by Leonardo da Vinci in the late fifteenth century.

One of the most vibrant and exciting in the city , recognized as a center of expertise in design and fashion. In the Tortona area there are important opportunities and entrepreneurial leaders in the field of creativity and communication that host , organize and promote activities and events unique and of great interest throughout the year .

Just like Cinderella, Tortona area has experienced a transformation ' magic ' that made it coveted : a sophisticated princess among the districts of Milan .

Between the Naviglio Grande and Via Solari , bounded by the area of St. Augustine and the beginning of Porta Genova , the streets between Via Savona, Tortona and Stendhal form a well mixed area of fashion, design and happy hours.

It ' was one of the main areas of industrial unrest in the 60s. As proof are old disused factories , imposing buildings with skylights and exposed brick now re-evaluated . Just like the pumpkin becomes a coach , a series of artists , designers, stylists and designers turned them into the showroom, loft spaces related to culture . Old residences of workers become studio or art workshops .

una casa muy acogedora, en un barrio con mucha vida.esta muy bien para 4 personas, tiene de todo. Se agradece que en la cocina haya productos generales como los de limpieza, o como azucar y cafe.

El departamento está bien ubicado y las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables No hay enchufes, no teníamos sabanas en las camas, las almohadas son incómodas, encontramos basura en los basureros del baño y la cocina y los pisos no habían sido barridos. El departamento se ve con poco cuidado de limpieza. La llave de la puerta de ingreso no funciona y teníamos muchos problemas para entrar y salir. Tiene ascensor pero igual hay que subir un piso para llegar al departamento. Peligroso para estancia con niños pequeños. Poca presión de agua para la ducha, al quedar en el ático se escuchan las palomas y demás cosas que puedan andar por el techo. Para verano es extremadamente caluroso

I'm quite surprised about your review. I actually was at the apartment a few minutes after you checked in to set TV and I have to rectify almost all that you say: - beds where done - floor and apartment was clean. - key door was working well I met your wife and she had no complains. We texted you the day after you checked in and there was no complain. We write in description there is a flight of stairs to climb after elevator and apartment does not have air conditioning. Definitely pigeons are not a threat. They stay on the roof of the building as in all the towns in Europe. You may hear them coo but they do not enter the apartment.

This is a great spot right next to the Navigli canals with easy access to public transport. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bruno was really kind and let us check out later as we had a flight late in the evening. Overall a great stay in an apartment that has been described perfectly.

Buona posizione e ottimi spazi interni. Ambiente accogliente, accessoriato il giusto. Sarebbe perfetto se il proprietario togliesse il 50% di quanto è stipato al suo interno, che fa molto "casa" ma rischia di sconfinare nel "magazzino".

Overall the apartment was well positioned (only a short 15-20min walk to the duomo) at a reasonable price considering it was Easter in Milan. But there were several issues which were annoying and pulled the rating down a few stars for us. See the points below - Shower did not have hot water for 2 days, and only warm water for the first. Because it is managed by Flexyrent, there was no one to call about this over the Easter weekend. - some lights needed replacing - not enough towels for everyone, despite paying extra for 5 people. - only one key, which for 5 people was difficult. The person who met us out the front of apartment said the previous renters had lost it. - Communication with the owner was fine - there was no dishwasher even though the apart has it listed

Feedback are always useful for us although some points need to be rectified. - Flexyrent is available 7 days a week the whole year around on the phone and by mail. - water heater actually works fine - we supply a standard of 3 towels for each guest (small, medium and large). Extra towels are available on demand with no extra cost - dishwasher is not listed in amenities and actually it not even possible to list it since there is not specific box to flag

Il piacere di ospitare, abbinato alla passione per i viaggi, soprattutto per quelli in cui si riesce a capire come vivono le persone dei posti che si visitano, mi hanno spinto ad iniziare l'avventura di Flexy Rent.
