Where can I start. My rating of a 4.9 shows that I've never had an issue like this guest is giving me. For my housekeeper she came over 2 times to check and make sure that the guest didn't have problems. This guest came out on the porch both times and they had a good conversation. For me showing up. I went to the back door and knocked and now one answered. I took the mower out of the attached garage and began to mow. Was done in 2 hours (3pm-5pm) and I had noticed when I was mowing a pickup came up and left right away. I thought maybe they dropped some one off. When I put the mower away, I knocked again and still no one answered the
door. I mow each week and I always go to the door and let them now that I'm her to mow. Not sure where to start on the WIFI. I had several complaints when Ifirst started a few years ago about no wifi. I had posted that we didn't have it. I put it in the middle of 2017 for using it for emails and the such. Who ever would dream that when on vacation, that you would have to supply extra data for doing school work or watching movies for which his message stated. This guest wrote telling me, that they had ran out of data. This was into the third day of their stay. I got a hold of my IT tech and he solved the problem the next day. Most phone carriers have unlimited data. I've had to call my carrier and add more data to my phone for pennies. Next was a note stating that they didn't have time to clean the kitchen, because they had to catch their plane. His tip was $10.00 for the mess they had left. I've never had the house left in such a mess. I expect people to clean up after their selves.
So if they had a issue with rodents or other things, why didn't they get a hold of me or the housekeeper when she came over to check on them. We strive to make the guest comfortable when staying with us. The only issue they had was the Wifi when they sent me a message.
I guess the guest have never been to a place that has a loft. Most lofts are open to the lower level. Also the picture shows this on my site. For the tub done stairs, all you have to do is pull down on the end where the water comes out and it turns on the shower. Very simple.
This is a quote that the guest left me (I wasn't going to post a review, I was going to just communicate between you and me until the extra cleaning charge. I wish things could have gone better.)
So I believe that this guest came up with lots of issues that aren't true.
