From the outside Pink Palace stands out!
Inside, its a cool, modern yet funky-vintage styled townhouse.
Upstairs has one huge bedrm with plush Queen-sized bed and a second small bedrm with a Double (sofa)bed. Kitchen is well stocked for all your needs.
Excellently located close to Subi Oval, Hospitals, Perth Modern School and easy access to trains, buses and CAT's at the fringe of Perth City. This is a lovely suburban area with facilities shops, restaurants in a walkable distance.
The townhouse has an open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs;
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry.
Its got a cosy and slightly arty feel with many of my travel souvenirs scattered around the place.
Four people fit comfortably.

Otros aspectos destacables
Street parking is busy during the working week (because of the school next door) and some weekends for football season, so just be aware of the traffic.
The Units are next to the trainline so you will hear them if you have the windows fully open but I have never found them to be loud or not let you sleep. It is a very quite neighbourhood.
Please show courtesy as this is a quiet complex, so no raging parties.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the house at all. If you smoke outside do not throw your cigarettes in the garden and please shut the windows as it comes in anyway. Better still Don't smoke at all!
No pets allowed in the complex. Sorry.
Depending on your arrival time I will be there to greet you.
If you have any questions please message through Airbnb. I will not be able to respond to Whats App.
I am happy to help give you ideas and information on this beautiful city.
I love to travel, step off a plane or train and not know exactly where i am or where i am going.. I like adventures and discovery as i am a geologist by profession and lover of the arts for a hobby.
i want to live a place rather than tick a box to say i have been there eventhough that can be fun too.
