Descripción

It consists of 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathroom. The house is spread across 3 floors and it has outstanding views overlooking the marina. The entrance to the property is located on the ground floor. There is one complimentary car parking space outside the property.

One bedroom and a shower room / toilet are located on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen / dining area are based on the 1st floor with a good size balcony overlooking the marina. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for additional guests.
Two more bedrooms are located on the top (2nd) floor; one of them benefits from its own en-suite. We provide Egyptian cotton bed linen & towels, as well as designer toiletries from Walter Geering. You can also find a little welcome pack from us on arrival containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk containers and biscuits. This property would be perfect for any family, business guests or a small group of travelers of up to 8 people.

The property is located in a residential district of The Docklands area, 20 minutes’ walk away from the city centre.

Check in time is between 3 PM and 11 PM at our office. Alternative arrangements can be made for all check-ins after this time for additional fee of £20. Our office is situated in Hudson Gardens and all keys must be collected and returned here upon check in / check out: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB (entrance is on Cornwallis Street by Savina Restaurant).

Photographic identification and security deposit in form of a card pre-authorization (from £50 for up to £250 per person) will be requested on arrival and bookings will be cancelled in the event this is not presented. Please note that Laser, Solo cards or cash pre-authorization will not be accepted.

The house is really awesome, but we had mixed feelings. Because when we arrived there was no hot water. Communication with the reception was good. But you don't want this kind of problems when you are on a holiday and pay money to rent a house.The receptionist came to fix the problem but the day after the boiler was broken again. We had 2 of the 4 days no hot water. The house is big and clean on a very nice location. With the basic need to take a shower not working we had mixed feelings. With the boiler working it would have been a perfect stay.

Regarding the problems you encountered with the boiler, we intend to investigate this further, however, we should acknowledge that we did provide suitable compensation for this unfortunate incident. Hi. The place was awesome. Nice decor, good location. Love the view of the marina especially at dawn. It's  beyond our expectation ! We really enjoyed our stay there :)

Very friendly from the start-picking up keys etc Access was not allowed till 5:30 as cleaners hadn't finished. Great position for museums and city access. A very enjoyable stay.

The key pick up and getting into the property was smooth and easy. When we arrived there was Linen on the beds but was quickly sorted when I called them. It was a last minute booking, so I can see how it was an oversight. A great location, probably a 20 minute walk to Albert dock where there are bars and restaurants. Great virw front and back as the photos show. Three double beds and a sofa bed so great for large groups. Car parking available for one car, but only 100m up the road there is a car park so if you had multiple cars it wouldn't be a problem. I'd definitely stay here again.
