This is a 45 m2 studentflat with 2 separate rooms, bedroom and living room, and a kitchen+dining room in one. It's situated in the heart of Frederiksberg across the street from Frederiksberg Cityhall with only 2,5 km to the Copenhagen city center.
The apartment is decorated in a new nordic style with a mix of nature, second hand and industrial design. The bathroom and toilet is inside the apartment in a separate room. In the living room there is a big sleeping couch for 2 people. There is still room enough to get around when the sofa is folded out. The entrance, dining room and kitchen is in one. Dinner table with 4-6 chairs, it is possible to extend the table. The kitchen is quite small and there is only 2 cooktops. It's very well equipped, and there is both a freezer and 2 ovens. The bedroom has a big 2-person bed, a cloth rack for your disposal and a desk. It is possible to get an extra 1,5 person madras if its needed. This place is very soundproof, so you rarely hear the neighbors, and the other way around. All in all - it's small, but very cozy and very centrally located.
Servicios y zonas comunes
You have all rooms and facilities in the apartment at your disposal. On the roof there is a big 100 m2 terrace with benches. In the basement there is a room putting your bike, if you bring one and don't like to leave in the back yard.
Otros aspectos destacables
As these apartments are for students only, young people are living here. Therefore you have to be aware that the roof terrace is for everyone living here, and due to the season you can experience a get-together/barbeque, but nothing that will cause too much inconvenience for you I'm sure.
No pets are allowed in the home, neither smoking - as you have easy access to the roof terrace or back yard. I will hand over the place clean and tidy so I expect it in the same order when you leave. As the home and my furniture is valuable to me in many ways, I expect you to behave and take care of my things. Of course I also expect you to enjoy your stay and have a nice vacation in Copenhagen. I will do my best to fulfill that.
I will be traveling myself during your stay, so I will arrange for someone else to be here when you arrive and check you in - the same with your check-out. It will be hard to get in contact me as I dont know how the internet connection will be. Of course you can reach me by phone, but as this is very expensive in foreign countries - do only call me in case of emergency. And of course I will make sure there is someone else (close by) to contact in case of emergency.
In case you like recommendations on where to go, and what to see, I'll leave a map and some brochures for your disposal.
