This rental was in a great location, right across the water from Quebec City, with frequent travel times and it only takes about 10 minutes. The parking worked out fine, and one morning I took a walk down the bike path. By all means, for those who want to bring bikes, it looked like a nice option and it was well used. To get up into Levis to eat, we walked up the hill and it was challenging. If you have any health issues (or don't want to sweat before dinner), then take the car. Across from the rental was Corsaire Pub. We went for drinks late afternoon, and they do allow kids, but only outside and it a separate section inside. No kids after 8 pm though. There was a coffee shop down the road, but we didn't visit it.
As for the rental, there is a bedroom to the left when you walk in with a double, and two twin bunks. My kids liked the bunk beds, and the room was fine, maybe a little dark, but it got lit from the opaque hallway door and glass door to the bedroom. Could be a good / or bad thing depending. The master BR is the roomiest, but very dark. Nothing that a few more lamps can fix. The third BR up front was odd, almost a converted wide stairwell that fit a queen bed. It worked ok for my teen, but there no room to really put your stuff away or put your toiletries on. The kitchen was nice, large and a big fridge with a coffeemaker, microwave, and utensils. The living fine too, except if there is anyone staying above you, it can be very loud. We experienced this, and we were lucky that their waking / sleeping schedules matched ours. Biggest issue for us was the one bathroom that had a clawfoot tub surrounded by plastic curtains for showers. The water wouldn't drain and the curtains made it a little claustrophobic when showering, so we didn't take too many showers. There was a washer / dryer in the bathroom though, and that was very convenient. We absolutely love Quebec City though and would return to visit!
