The house can comfortable accommodate 7 in beds (2 queen + 3 twin). There is also a very comfortable queen air mattress (regular bed height, not on the floor) for larger groups.
The basic layout of the house includes:
-Master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite spa shower with 3 jets.
-Bedroom with twin trundle bed (sleeps 2).
-Bedroom with 1 twin (bunk with desk underneath, best for a child or someone who doesn't mind climbing up to sleep!).
-Kitchen/ dining room/ living room with gas fireplace.
-Access to deck and outdoor BBQ. Stairs to backyard garden.
- Big open room with TV, ping pong, Foosball, games.
-Treadmill (ages 18+ please, at your own risk)
-Bedroom with Queen bed and 3/4 bathroom across the hall

Garden and patio: Help yourself to fresh herbs and produce (depends on the time of year!). There is a heat lamp for lounging outside into the evening.
Entertainment: 2 televisions (1 in basement, 1 in master bedroom upstairs) with local channels, Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Video.
Fun & games!: Ping pong, Foosball, lots of family games, tether ball
Exercise Equipment: Treadmill (18+ please, at your own risk), yoga ball, and basic hand weights.

Otros aspectos destacables
Our "other pets" are our fish. The bedrooms upstairs each have a small aquarium. We also have a dog who will NOT be there and a hamster who may be there during your stay (if so, he only needs to be fed once a week or so!).
Please treat this house as it if were your own. No smoking, pets, or parties please. Please be considerate of our neighbors--if you are outside after 10 PM and before 8 AM, please keep your voices down.
