A great space for one or possibly two families 100 yds from the seafront and a short walk from the town centre. Morecambe is a great example of a British seaside town and only 30 mins from the Lakes, 45 mins from Blackpool and 1 hour from Manchester.
A mid-terrace house over 4 floors, close to central Morecambe and only 30 minutes from the Lake District.
There are two living rooms on the ground floor with one doubling up as one of the bedrooms as it contains a sofa bed so 2 guests can stay in this room.
There is also a rear living room with a study off it so even if you are using the other as a bedroom there's still good communal space. This is very useful if guests have children who want to watch TV or use the PlayStation as the second living room provides the adults with a quite space of their own.
Downstairs in the converted basement the Kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar and also has a dining room off it so even more communal space there too with a dining table that at a push can seat 10 but 8 comfortably.
The master bedroom has a King Size double and room for a single put-up bed which means 3 guests can stay in this room as long as two are sharing the double bed. There is an en-suite toilet which is why we list 2.5 bathrooms for the property.
On the top floor Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed which consists of a sofa at the bottom which pulls out to a double futon bed, plus a single bed as the top bunk. This bedroom is large enough to comfortably include an additional single bed which is stored at the house so 4 guests can stay in this room as long as 2 are sharing the double futon.
Bedroom 3 is the smallest and includes a single bed. This bedroom includes a door to the loft which is is inaccessible to guests.
There is rear access to the yard which is a good place to store and access bicycles should guests have them.

Main access is from the front door which is recessed in a porch area with steps to the street. The only area of the house not available to guests will be the converted loft which is accessed from the top floor via one of the bedrooms. The door to this will be locked.

We live on the South coast so this is a second home for us which is managed by a Property Management company just down the road from the house. They can help with any issues on-site and of course we're happy to interact with guests by phone or email if necessary.
Otros aspectos destacables
There is no garden at the property, only a small rear yard. Parking is on the road to the front and there are always spaces if not directly outside the house.
The house is mid-terrace so it can be possible to hear through the walls if someone is being particularly loud. We expect our guests to ensure that noise doesn't become an issue for anyone.
