The apartment is a 3 bedroom on the 3rd (top) floor. You would be staying with myself and my roommate Loris from France who is in Montreal to study as well!
The room features a double bed, closet, window, receives sunlight in the mornings and a computer desk. If you like to sit outside in the sun then you're in luck! cause the back terrasse receives sun in the mornings and soon as it goes away, the front terrasse receives it in the evenings.
There is Wifi and Netflix if you want to chill after a long day
Although I can't lie, the best part of this space is the location. Situated in one of the most sought after locations in Montréal on one of the cutest streets in Montreal (Duluth Ave.).
Dépanneur (corner store) directly in front to buy quick items and beer.
It's a 1 min walk to Parc Jeanne-Mance (outdoor volleyball) and Parc Mont-Royal to hike the mountain for a view or TamTam's on Sundays.
1 Block from Boul. Saint-Laurent that includes all the bars, cafe's, restos, art galleries and the heart of Montréal's nightlife.
3 Bixi stations (Bike Rentals) all within a minute walk
5 min walk to Rue St. Denis (Street of interest)
10 min walk to Downtown (Place-Des-Arts)
10 min walk to Parc Lafontaine, Montréal's most popular and lively parc
10 min walk to Mont-Royal Avenue (Street of interest)
You can access the back terrasse, kitchen, living area etc.
There is also a front terrasse with access via my bedroom, which you can use if I am not sleeping (obviously).
I'm pretty chill and outgoing but also respect if you are a quieter type. I am very knowledgeable about the city, transportation, nightlife, music scene, festivals, destinations and will defiantly offer recommendations. I also have no problem showing you around a bit!
The most trendy, lively and most densely populated neighbourhood in Canada. You will find almost all places are small and independently owned with graffiti filled streets and friendly people. Why stay downtown with all the other tourists? Come see Montréal how it really is!
3 Bixi stations (Bike Rentals) all within a minute walk.
Bus stop (55 St. Laurent) at the corner to take you downtown.
Mont-Royal and Sherbrooke both about a 12 min walk
St. Laurent and Place-Des-Arts both about a 15 min walk
Duluth Ave. can be quite loud and busy with people, great for people watching from the terrasse. The bedroom offered has a window that faces the back so you won't hear the noise from Duluth.
Smok'em if you got em outside.
