We are very sorry to hear that your didn't enjoy your stay. We are a little baffled by your review as we were in contact with you (via email, phone and seeing you in person) throughout your stay to check how everything was and if there was anything you needed yet you said everything was fine. Not once did you mention anything that was unsatisfactory plus when you checked out you actually told us that you enjoyed your stay and will leave a good review.
Please remember that when you initally contacted us to make the booking you only stated that 4 guests were staying but in actual fact there were 6 guests, you then tried to haggle for a discount and in good faith we only charged for you 5 guests but yet you still demanded another mattress to sleep the 6th person and we obliged. We have done everything we can to ensure you enjoyed your stay and had you have mentioned any of this we would have done everything we can to address it. Your review is fairly foreign to us as we had really positive reviews from guests who stayed before and after your stay with us.
We really didn't want to mention this but the place was left in a terrible state, furniture from the bedrooms were moved to other rooms, garbage scatterd around the apartment, footprint marks on the walls and the satellite box no longer worked and we did not demand anything to cover the damages.
We always ensure our guests enjoy their stay and do everything we can to make their stay a positive one, we are very disappointed that your review did not reflect your comments to us when we contacted you throughout your stay.
