Descripción

Tastefully furnished one bedroom house with an open layout, full kitchen, private deck and large backyard. Located on the NWA Greenway trail system in South Fayetteville and just a three minute drive downtown.

This sunny, spacious studio is just three minutes from downtown Fayetteville. Built in 1906 and renovated in 2013, the house includes an open floor plan, large fully-equipped kitchen, private backyard, and much more.

You'll have access to the full house–kitchen, washer/dryer, private deck with a table and six seats, a small charcoal grill and a chiminea with firewood provided. The deck overlooks a large, well-canopied private backyard.

I may or may not be in town during your stay, but I will always be on call for any questions you have. If I'm out of town, I will have a co-host in town available to assist you with any requests.

Quiet, classic Fayetteville neighborhood. Lots of mature trees in this area, as well as older homes and modern development. Walker Park is just a short walk from the house, and the Razorback Regional Greenway trail system is just outside my front door. Downtown Fayetteville, is about half a mile up the road. Really doesn't get much better for a peaceful stay in Fayetteville.

You can connect to the NWA trail system from the sidewalk via Walker Park across the street. It's about fifteen minute bike ride or three minute car ride to the Fayetteville square. Add a couple minutes and you'll hit the U of A, Dickson Street, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Ubers and taxis are also available.

For cyclists/walkers: the NWA Greenway Trail starts a bit south of the house and heads north through downtown up to Lake Fayetteville (a lovely 20-mile round trip ride.) For more ambitious riders, the trail continues all the way to Bella Vista via downtown Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. From my house, you catch just about the full 36 miles of it (72 round trip.)

I do have an indoor cat, but she will not be there during your stay (so you won't see her.) If you're allergic to cats, I would not recommend staying here.
