Hello! It's important you know Denver has a 10.75% lodging tax. We collect it separately (via airbnb) so as to eliminate tax on service fees and save you a few dollars.
The private bedroom and bathroom in our Platt Park home is comfortable and roomy. Full access to the kitchen, living area and courtyard means room to relax and/or dine. We are close to Steam Espresso, Platt Park Brewing, Old Pearl Street and University of Denver - great for solo adventurers, couples, business travelers and more…
This is a spacious private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet. A private bathroom with shower/oversize tub is right across the hall. Our home is an impeccably renovated contemporary-style 1800 s/f home in Platt Park - one of Denver's best, most delightful, most accessible neighborhoods.
High-speed internet, ample on-street parking, access to private courtyard, quiet street/neighborhood.
Our Oxxo coffee-maker is available as well as a selection of teas. If your timing is right I'll make you an espresso or latte when I'm making mine in the morning :)
Kitchen will be available whenever possible. There is a gas grill in the courtyard that is available weather permitting.
TV in the main living room is usually available.
Our location is convenient to light-rail and public transportation - a great location convenient to most all of Denver.
You also might like our 425 s/f guest cottage which we call the "G Flat". It's a beautifully finished separate dwelling with all amenities: one bedroom/one bath (shower), full kitchen, laundry + a high-end American Leather sleeper sofa, so can accommodate 3-4 people. Here's the link if you are interested: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14946195/
Our Location: We are 4.5 miles/12 minutes from Downtown/Performing Arts Center (DCPA)/Convention Center - via light-rail it's about 25 minutes. Cherry Creek is 3.5 miles/10 minutes by car.
And if you are NEW to airbnb and have no reviews please include useful and relevant information about yourself. Basically, please ask yourself "what would I want to know about someone who would be staying in my home?".
And please include a photo of yourself in your Profile :)

My wife Vicki and I are friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. We love our renovated home and have a beautiful guest bedroom and bathroom that we are sure you'll enjoy.
We only ask that you be respectful, polite and reasonably quiet.
We love to cook, and while we can't guarantee there will be anything other than a basic continental breakfast, if things happen to fall into place you might get an invitation to join us for breakfast or dinner.
