El alojamiento

This is a spacious private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet. A private bathroom with shower/oversize tub is right across the hall. Our home is an impeccably renovated contemporary-style 1800 s/f home in Platt Park - one of Denver's best, most delightful, most accessible neighborhoods.
High-speed internet, ample on-street parking, access to private courtyard, quiet street/neighborhood.
Our Oxxo coffee-maker is available as well as a selection of teas. If your timing is right I'll make you an espresso or latte when I'm making mine in the morning :)
Kitchen will be available whenever possible. There is a gas grill in the courtyard that is available weather permitting.
TV in the main living room is usually available.
Our location is convenient to light-rail and public transportation - a great location convenient to most all of Denver.
You also might like our 425 s/f guest cottage which we call the "G Flat". It's a beautifully finished separate dwelling with all amenities: one bedroom/one bath (shower), full kitchen, laundry + a high-end American Leather sleeper sofa, so can accommodate 3-4 people. Here's the link if you are interested: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14946195/
Our Location: We are 4.5 miles/12 minutes from Downtown/Performing Arts Center (DCPA)/Convention Center - via light-rail it's about 25 minutes. Cherry Creek is 3.5 miles/10 minutes by car.

My wife Vicki and I are friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. We love our renovated home and have a beautiful guest bedroom and bathroom that we are sure you'll enjoy.
We only ask that you be respectful, polite and reasonably quiet.
We love to cook, and while we can't guarantee there will be anything other than a basic continental breakfast, if things happen to fall into place you might get an invitation to join us for breakfast or dinner.

Very nice people, relaxed and clean atmosphere. Absolutely beautiful home and perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. Huge bath tub and lovely skylight in guest bathroom. Much cheaper than a hotel but just as nice as a hotel. Steve and his wife Vicki didn't mind what times we came back which was awesome since we were staying in denver for a festival so we were a bit late coming home the second night. Tons of really interesting art around the house too.

Thank you so much for the splendid hospitality, Steve & Vicki! We had a great time during our two nights in their home. The bedroom was spacious with a built in closet available for use, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and even make-up removal was provided! Their renovated modern home was very cozy and Steve & Vicki made our stay very comfortable. One thing I would have wanted to know in advance that we weren't aware of was that their bedroom was right next door. Regardless, the neighborhood was great and safe with many places to eat nearby-- about a 12 minute drive to downtown.

Steve had been very friendly and kind through out my stay. 1. He helped me a lot when actually I mis-scheduled my trip and arrived there a week earlier than I was supposed to be. He was kind and flexible to offer me to find alternative option. 2.There were unexpected snow days in May during my stay. He let me borrow his jacket for winter that I didn't have my own for that season. 3.Very warm guest interaction. I enjoyed cup of tea that he prepares for me every morning. Steve, thank you very much and looking forward to seeing you again.
