Secluded security building set above Victoria Street with stunning views over Kings Cross and the city skyline. Apartment is a large two level, fully air-conditioned, "townhouse-style" with kitchen, living, dining on the ground floor flowing onto a large sunny terrace through bi-fold doors. Upstairs is a large bedroom with balcony and large bathroom with built-in laundry and two person tub (cheeky!).
Secure open air parking is available at the front door (additional fee for parking)

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cook top, dishwasher and all utensils, flatware, stemware and equipment (all dishwasher safe) plus coffee pod machine, frother and milk in the fridge.

Dining area with extendable dining table and chairs. Lounge with entertainment system; large LCD TV; A/V Receiver with Chromecast and Foxtel. Powerful reverse cycle air-conditioner heats/cools entire downstairs space. Large private terrace receives sun most of the day with Weber Q BBQ, lounge chairs and cantilevered umbrella.

Large bedroom with King Bed, plenty of pillows and quality linen. Reverse cycle air conditioning, wardrobe for guests, and private balcony with cafe dining set.

Bathroom with built-in Laundry (Front loader washer & dryer, drying rack, iron & ironing board) shower over large tub. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & moisturiser supplied as well as laundry detergent.

We couldnt have loved it more than at Ryan's & Scott's as first time visitors to inner Sydney. Scott was a delight to meet upon arrival; we had no need for further help despite his offer. EVERY amenity is close, shops including Coles over the road, a plethora of eateries, transport. We walked all around the CBD & inner suburbs from this location and explored further using public transport. Whilst the apartment is right at the hub it is still very private & has stunning views of the city & bridge. It does have stairs leading into it as well as being on 2 levels. It is very well equipped, the king bed was one of the most comfortable & supportive we have encountered (as well worn oldies with bad backs & shoulders). The shower is a climb-into-bath arrangement, & yes it is a 'cheeky 2 people bath' as described! If only there wasnt so much to explore, you could really hunker down with the great collection of cookbooks & a comfortable lounge with views! & by the way Friggitoria over the junction at 12 Bayswater Rd (shut Sundays) has THE best cheap pasta we have ever eaten. Walk the opposite way from the Cross up Victoria Street or Darlinghurst Road for fabulous eateries & the great quieter little local pub the Darlo Bar. Would loved to have tried the Almond Bar for Middle Eastern food but you need to book & our time was short! Oh & get an Opal card at the newsagent next to the Darlinghurst Rd train station entry if using public transport for longer than a day, then your daily public transport fares are capped. A walk meandering through the terraces of East Sydney going down the hill towards the city is really worthwhile with some great little pubs on the way, or down through Woollomoloo & up the Domain steps to the CBD. Cant wait to get back!

Great apartment near everything. A three minute walk to Kings Cross station and across the street from Coles. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities you could need. Thank you!
