¡Hacedle caso!

Margaux's home is immediately warm and inviting, and perfectly situated for anyone who wishes to have proximity to tourist attractions while also having the experience of a real Parisian neighbourhood. The wonderful Le Marais district is nearby, and the area around the apartment itself also boasts some great attractions, including the wonderful group of Frenchie restaurants. Boisson, across the street, is the perfect place to grab fresh baked goods and get your morning started, along with sandwiches, quiches, and more. A slightly longer walk to Frenchie to Go is also great for breakfast, lunch, or a quality espresso. There is also a supermarket around the corner. The street the apartment is on, Rue Saint Denis, has many more attractions, and throngs with young folks by happy hour. Additionally, you'll find some good shopping around as well. If you're sharing the flat with a travel companion, the separate water closet is really quite a boon. You might find the shower stall a tight squeeze if you're a tall, broad person. Nonetheless, it is otherwise a rather spacious apartment, larger than other homes, and considerably larger than any hotel that may prove even more expensive, in central Paris. All the amenities required were there, including a well stocked kitchen, and the Bluetooth speaker was a real plus. The art on the walls, the numerous books, along with many other small design touches, really give any guest the feeling of being at home. The desk is a great workspace in a well lit living room. The internet was reliable and fast. I would say the apartment could do with a fan, as it was quite warm around the summer time we were there, even with the window open (and it is, after all, a bustling street). Also, the seating in the living room needs more cushioning if one would like to sit comfortably over a drink or a coffee. The elevator is quite useful at check-in if you have full sized suitcases like we did (though you'll still have a few stairs to climb down). Unfortunately, it was out of commission thereafter, including at checkout time, which for tourists who did some shopping posed difficulty in descending from the third floor. We did inform Margaux of the problem, and feel confident it's been rectified by now. Overall, Margaux ensured a very enjoyable experience in her brilliant home. My wife and I shall be recommending it to friends, and would most certainly stay there again on future visits to Paris.

We enjoyed the stay at this lovely apartment. Easy access to subway / bus. But the lift doesn't work properly during our stay.

I don't think it's possible to find a more beautiful flat in such an amazing location here in Paris. Margaux's place is very clean, spacious, and furnished just beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, or there are numerous restaurants around every corner that are wonderful. Definitely try Rice and Fish just around the corner for top-notch sushi, and Experimental Club for cocktails. Staying here, you can walk to just about anything - we even did so to the Eiffel Tower, which is about 2.5 miles. You won't get a more local neighborhood type of feel than this flat. Loved everything about it. Margaux was also extremely good with communication and helping us when we needed it.

Our stay at Margaux's apartment was nothing but perfect. Located just right outside of Le Marais, we could walk to numerous restaurants / cafe's / tourist sites like the Louvre. It is also very close to many metro stops. Her apartment was very clean, and offered all the amenities. Margaux was also very helpful when we reached out for recommendations of where to eat/drink, and accommodating for check in/check out. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!

Margaux's flat was in the perfect part of Le Marais. It's quaint and wonderful and has everything you need. The surrounding blocks and restaurants were the ones you hope you find and then keep coming back to during a trip. (Hint: two of them, Le Pas Sage & Chez Meunier, are practically across the street.) Transportation on multiple lines and in all directions was extremely easily accessible, but the central location makes basically everything walkable.

Margaux was super nice, helpful and responsive. The apartment is tiny but really well decorated and in a great location. The elevator wasn't working during our stay, but it's really not very far of a walk up and let's be honest: you kind of need all the exercise you can get in Paris because the food is of course amazing. Margaux left a list of recommendations that were really lovely and overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!
