first of all, I didn't imagining you are dissatisfied about cleaning. I have personally asked you the need of cleaning, and you told me that you are fine with every 5 days cleaning during your stay. Since the total cost according the rules of Airbnb which we wrote open and clearly, it is included one time cleaning only, but we still offer you every 5 days cleaning for free which is under your agreement.
Second, the glass windows of balcony are built for seeing out the front line sea view from sitting in living room or lying down on bed. that's why they big and heavy, need little bit move pushing , probably this is the reason you couldn't close it well, but doesn't mean they are old or broken.
The third, the dishwasher couldn't work was out of our expectations, but as we write open and cleanly at Airbnb, this is not including into the electrical equipments we offer. Our intention was just to do our best to provide more comprehensive services.
