PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Superbly located only a few minutes walk from everything Byron Bay has to offer, this brand new house has everything you can hope for when on holiday in this beautiful region.

Stonecutters 1 consists of four spacious bedrooms with their own en-suites, convenient for both couples and singles as well as large families.

The property enjoys open plan living and dining, well appointed and fully equipped kitchen fitted with brand new appliances and gas cook-top, fire place and outdoor entertaining area with private pool and outdoor shower. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

All 4 bedrooms have the ability for the beds to be split into 2 king singles. Beds will all be set as king beds unless you specify otherwise at the time of confirming your booking. Winter months - June, July & August
$850 per night or $5,500 per week (3 night min stay, 5 night min during school holidays)

All other times of the year
$1,050 per night or $7,000 per week (3 night minimum stay)

Plus a $150 linen fee per booking.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.

As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.

Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.

Any booking to be discovered to be a Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.

A really great place for a getaway. The house is lovely, with a huge kitchen/living room . Elegantly decorated, with a lovely pool, lazing in the sun area. Close to main street, short walk to beach. Easy hand over of keys. Just great.

We absolutely loved our stay. Close enough to be in walking distance of shops, beach and nightlife but still quiet and private. House was perfect and beautifully done. Kids loved it and the whole family really relaxed. Managing staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Stonecutters exceeded our expectations. We were a group of eight ladies on a girls weekend, it was perfect. Even more spacious the man the photos and had everything we needed. A tiny stroll to all the hot spots and eats in Byron, highly recommend.

From the time of booking to us leaving all questions we had were answered quickly and extremely helpful in every way. Fantastic house and great location , we only wished we good have stayed longer. Definitely recommended!

Stonecutters was amazing. I travelled with a group of friends (couples and singles) and we were in awe of how open and spacious this townhouse is. There is ample room, the ameneties and appliances were great, loved the nespresso coffee machine. Location was close to town, yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet morning. Service was spectacular,we were running really late and Marketa was kind enough to leave all the lights on for us, along with a bottle of wine, Byron bay cookies and nespresso pods! A great little surprise. will definitely stay again!
