We will be out of town, but will have someone to greet you and check you in and available as a contact person during your stay. We will also stock our kitchen with coffee, teas, granola, and milk etc... Ready for your first morning breakfast and a bottle of wine for your afternoon enjoyment.

Guidelines to live by:
* Kindly remove your shoes while in the house.
*Please no smoking of any kind (including legal marijuana) on inside or outside of premise.
*we are a energy conscious city and household, please be mindful to limit AC use to evenings for sleeping and remember to turn them off while you are out enjoying your day.
*Be conscious to conserve water given our dry climate.
*If you have a dog, be aware they are required to be leashed outside our house given there is no fence, according to city ordinances. You will be fined if caught, strictly enforced.
*Limit driveway parking to 2 cars.
*Refund of damage deposit also includes the compliance of these guidelines.

We are 2 doctors from Boulder, CO. André who studies ornithology (birds) from Brazil, Faith who is a clinical psychologist. We love nature, animals, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, art, food, music, and simplicity. We have 2 children, our boy who is now 10 and our adopted Haitian daughter who is 8.
