6. Please remove your shoes upon entry into the apartment.

7. No bike to be parked inside the apartment, including the balcony.

8. Lost key fobs carry a $200 charge.

9. The cot bed can only be placed in the living room, it will not fit in the bedroom. Please do not try to squeeze it in.

Alice was great at communicating with us start to finish. The place was easy to find and as long as you read the directions carefully on how to enter the apartment complex there was no issue. We loved the outdoor patio!

The location is excellent - walking distance to gastown/yaletown/Chinatown as well as higher end shopping. The check in and check out process is super easy and convenient and the added benefit of a parking spot is invaluable. The space is slightly cluttered in the living area with the addition of a single bed. The single bed in the living area is not super comfortable but there is a futon that can be used as well. Alice is super easy to communicate with and is responsive - overall a good experience.

We stayed at Alice's place for a week. Pros - easy check in, location, clean, great Wifi, comfortable queen bed in bedroom, Netflix, quiet (unless outside noise which means that windows have to be closed), washer and dryer in suite, parking space included, close to restaurants, public transit, grocery stores, balcony. Cons - terrible cot that may be considered the second bed in the unit; other than Netflix, no cable TV, some furniture in living and dining room past their best before date and should be replaced.

This apartment is in a great location- walkable to the water taxis to Granville Island, bike rentals, the sea wall, downtown and the convention center... on a busy street so easy to catch a cab but the unit faces the back of the building so wasn't terribly loud. It's always nice to have a kitchen, also. We had a great stay.
