We strongly recommend that all guest/s take out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise including accident, ill health, natural disasters or any other matters beyond the guests reasonable control. (please note: experience has shown that people travelling within Australia do not feel the need to take out Travel Insurance, however we strongly recommend Travel Insurance to all travellers)
Rates are based on a nightly fee including (maximum of 2 guests), the owners have the right to ask any undeclared guests to vacate or to charge additional fees including extra cleaning costs.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by the owner as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions set out below will be incur charges. Examples of this include but are not limited to any damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments or may result in termination of rental.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, any excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
Property Body Corporate By-Laws:-
1. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
2. Please do not hang towels, washing or clothes over the balcony rails as the property caretaker may ask you to remove them.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

We offer great places for holiday makers to stay in the heart of Port Douglas. Our apartments are all located in the main street of Port Douglas, which is Macrossan Street. When we go on holiday we like to be in the heart of a place and not have to rely on a car, hence we thought others may have the same holiday concept as us.
