Great place for relaxing or getting a little work done! Kiya is a very responsive host, who goes out of her way to serve as host and tour guide! I would definitely stay again and recommend this space without reservation!

Kiya's place worked out very well for us because her communication was clear, fast and effective ... I made our reservation on the airplane flight into Chicago! And, her flat was comfortable, quiet and close to everything.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My girlfriend and I were traveling across the country, saw Kiya's place, and made the decision to stay there for 6 nights. The cost of her place per night was a little over a hundred dollars. So for that amount of money you should be happy with the place you stay in. I would like to tell you what happened with us so you don't make the same mistake that we did. Arrived day one, and Kiya's instructions on the location of the key were not correct. I had to text her and get better instructions on the key. Found the key, entered the building and it smelled like shit. No other way to put it, it smelled horrible. I'm talking actually shit, not a joke. This host knew it smelled horrible too because there were air fresheners on the vents to try and make it smell better. Everything was slightly dirtier than the pictures showed and the kitchen utensils were either dirty or you couldn't cook certain things because of not being properly equipped. The wifi didn't work at all and the TV had a terrible connection as well. I stepped outside to calm down about the situation and what do I find? 3 huge rats right outside the door and I could hear more. I realized there was a family of rats right outside our door and there was a hole in the building leading into our unit. The area outside was dirty and I could tell no one cared about the appearance. There is an old hot tub with trash in and around it. I went inside, told my lady and that was it. We left that night because we called Airbnb and told them our situation. We couldn't get our money back and Kiya has a strict cancellation policy , so obviously she knew what she was doing. We left that night a checked into a hotel. I've never had a bad experience on Airbnb. I've loved the places I've visited and I'm never a person that complains, but this place charges way too much money for what you get. This experience makes me not want to use Airbnb again and I don't want anyone else going to this place and getting ripped off. Just giving some advice and I hope that Kiya reads this and makes the necessary adjustments, so future guests may have an enjoyable experience.

I want to be brief so as not to accredit any of these scurrilous lies.. it does not smell, I do open houses often and we do regularly use fresheners and candles to go the extra for our guests' comfort.. you know the weirdest part of this scenario is the guest never told me anything was wrong (likely because there wasn't) but you know sometimes things happen.. once my cleaning service missed a french fry under a couch cushion- I don't know what kind of guests I have that examine the underside of couch cushions, but honest mistake, and life happens, so the right thing to do is send them back out to remediate.. Not once did the guest communicate to me, ask for anything to be fixed or to be refunded a penny. I even sent them breakfast suggestions the next morning.. So in any event review readers, please enjoy the thousands of positive reviews and make an informed choice =)

Great communication from the host! She was more than helpful and available in every way. A pleasure to deal with. Location was great for our needs. The bed is really amazing, super bonus. Slept like rocks every night. The place was as described. Overall good experience. Thank you, Kita!
