Jacqueline was very good at communicating before we arrived, and when we turned up, she was there at the gate to greet us. She made us very welcome, and showed us where everything was.
The area is a leafy suburb of south London, with an overground link to the city (underground link at Canada Water) very regularly, some local shops and a lovely park. The street itself seemed very quiet.
The double room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and plenty of wardrobe space. The shared bathroom was simple but had everything we needed. We had access to a sitting room and kitchen, and were asked what we wanted for breakfast - we only needed milk, coffee (a cafetiere) and fruit juice, and this was no problem.
Jacqueline made us very welcome, and should we ever need to be in that part of London again, we would certainly like to return.
