PRICE DROP $300 to $250/night. Why? While we are at no risk of flooding, historically high lake levels mean we can't put our dock in the water. Other than no dock, it's situation normal: Separate entrance, private deck overlooking West Lake, beamed cathedral ceiling, en suite bath, TV w Netflix, DVD, bar fridge, continental breakfast. 15 minute walk to shops & restaurants in downtown Wellington. Drive or cycle to the 26 wineries clustered in our immediate area.
Luxuriate in the Master Bedroom of our waterfront home. The wood beams, 16 ft cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows create an expansive feeling of light and space. To help you sleep with all those windows: room darkening blinds.
Servicios y zonas comunes
Guests have full access to the waterfront lawn area, and the dock for swimming. There is free parking for your vehicle on our driveway, and free mooring for your boat at our dock. Update: May 21, 2017 - water levels on West Lake, already at historic highs, are expected to rise another 6" in June. This means that the dock is not available until further notice.
