This 1300 sq. ft. open concept suite with vaulted ceilings and private balcony offers all the amenities of home but surrounded by stunning mountain views from every window. Book your getaway now!

Enjoy the buildings 3 hot tubs (2 roof top) and 3 fitness rooms at your leisure. Park 2 vehicles in our heated secure underground parking. Your unit is fully outfitted with all the essentials for a very comfortable stay including: a large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player and complementary Wi-Fi. In-suite laundry is included.

- Master Suite features a king bed (can be converted to 2 twins), flat screen TV and a private full bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a queen size beds
- The sofa easily converts to a double bed.
- All bedrooms have dressers and extra storage space.

The building is secured with a private pin code which you will be provided.

Canmore Crossing is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the bustling downtown corridor and right beside some great shopping. The building is secure and private - two essential ingredients for a relaxing vacation. The Town of Canmore is one of the most beautiful places in Canada to live, vacation, honeymoon and play! Opening out across the floor of the Bow River Valley and surrounded on all sides by the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Canmore offers some of the best mountain vistas in the world.

It's amazing location is approximately an hour and a half from downtown Calgary and five minutes from Banff National Park east gate, Canmore offers not only a fabulous location but offers outdoor recreational opportunities, great food, and shopping in the heart of some of the world's most breathtaking scenery.

Throughout its beginning from to its current vibrant mix, Canmore has managed to retain its small town, natural appeal. This mountain towns popularity and growth make it a destination site worldwide for travelers.

Canmore is also minutes away from , Kananaskis Country, Bow Valley Provincial Parks, five world-renowned ski resorts including Lake Louise, and six scenic golf courses. Canmore has a wonderful variety of opportunities to offer it's guests.

The town centre elevation is 1309 metres (4296 Feet) with surrounding summits reaching heights of 2936 metres (9,633 feet). The Bow River flows through the heart of town connecting residents to a network of wildlife corridors and trails. This unique geography supports an abundance of local wildlife and wildflowers and provides endless opportunities to experience nature at her best in and around town.

Did we mention that we are walking distance to downtown. Shopping for groceries is very close. Once you arrive, there is really no need to drive. This sets our location apart from many of the other resorts that need a car to get anywhere.

The town of Banff, 14 miles away, offers many additional shops, restaurants, museums and cultural activities. Canmore is the place to stay because it is not touristy.

Golfers will love the five world class courses within 30 minutes. Two Robert Trent Jones courses in Kananaskis Country, Silvertip, world famous Banff Springs and Stewart Creek are some of Canada's most beautiful courses and will provide enjoyment for all skill levels.

Winter activities include: alpine skiing (Sunshine Village, Mt. Norquay, Lake Louise, and Nakiska); cross country skiing (Canmore Nordic Centre is located right in town - classic and skate skiing); back country skiing; heli skiing; ice skating (indoor and outdoor); ice climbing; ice fishing; snowshoeing; and, sled dog tours.

The Bow Valley (Canmore/Banff area) is considered to be amongst the most scenic and beautiful mountain areas in the world.

Getting to Canmore is a 75 minute drive from Calgary International Airport. The Banff Airporter shuttle ( makes regular trips between Canmore and the airport.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Rob's place, would recommend to others. There were 6 of us and plenty of space. We enjoyed the heated floor in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is an excellent view of the mountains, from both inside the living room and off the porch. The porch has a lovely propane grill and the condos have a nice outdoor hot tub. A few blocks away is family friendly hangout called Elevation Place, with a natatorium, rock wall, gym, library, and art gallery. It was a bit warm inside the condo, so we had the windows opened and you could hear the passing trains.

We loved the place! Much better than staying at a hotel. It's very clean, easy to find, and walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful residence and very convenient location. 3 separate bedrooms, (plus hide a bed)2 bathrooms, hot tub, water and ice dispenser of fridge. Washer/dryer & dishwasher on site as well, fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great place, I bet you cant find this value anywhere else in Canmore. Spacious and more than afforable for a group!

We had an amazing time at rob's apartment, it had everything we needed and was close to bars and restaurants in Canmore and also to the ski resorts. The parking was brilliant and I would not hesitate in recommending friends and family to stay here.
