Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. Please do not stand or sit on the covers, and keep the covers on and secured after use; they are for insulation only. Please do not add hot water from the stove, as it will damage the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Please avoid the hot tub immediately after service, when chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time. An additional fee may be charged if the hot tub or pool is left excessively dirty.

Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this house. Failure to follow this policy will result in a $500 fine.

We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding!

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
