Thank you for your review and feedback isabelle. However I do feel that some of the points raised were unfair and inaccurate and therefore feel obliged to respond.
Firstly when we rented our apartment to you we made you fully aware that we had an air bnb Tennant staying for a few days before you arrived. We were unsure about letting the apartment to you due to the fact that we were on holiday and therefore unable to clean up after the first tenant. However you wanted to go ahead with the booking. I therefore feel it's unfair to be judged on some aspects that were beyond our control eg cleanliness of the previous tenant.
Let me assured you that the toilet, bathroom, crockery and whole flat is always cleaned from top to bottom before any tenants arrive, and was indeed thoroughly cleaned on this occasion too. And the sheets left out for you were washed the day before, as always with all of our tenants. I actually find it highly offensive for you to suggest otherwise.
We always try to ensure that all of our guests stay in a nice clean environment, I'm sorry that you feel otherwise, but let me assure you that all steps were made to ensure that the apartment was clean before you arrived.
