PAC ur Pet Unit A was perfect for our family. The house was clean and ready for our arrival- they even purchased a larger outdoor table and grill- already in place- to accommodate our family of 4 The fenced in yard made for a great space to entertain and relax While in SLC it was 100 degrees most days but the air conditioning more than handled the heat The house had everything we needed, washer / dryer, full kitchen, nice front porch, easy parking and comfortable living room We are a family of four with a full size dog and we managed perfectly in the space. I'm sure it is even better for fewer people. The neighborhood is walkable with an incredible library about 100 yards from the front door, some nice local brewery's around the corner and a convince store across the street. Traffic was never a problem and the neighborhood was quiet. We had neighbors in the adjacent unit but you wouldn't have know it, the layout and insulation between the units made it seem like we were alone We walked daily from the house to downtown for work and school. The walk was an easy 1.3 miles on a nice tree lined street with a great coffee shop and it cut through the church grounds which were beautiful. I can only think of one complaint and it has nothing to do with the house or the owners- the City of Salt Lake has a bad homeless problem. I would venture to say it is equal of not worse than San Francisco's. The house sits in an area that is residential but it was not uncommon to see homeless people in the park across the street or while walking downtown. They were never belligerent or rude and it in no way reflects on the house or the owners but it surprised me and I would be remiss to not mention it so that you are aware We always felt safe in the neighborhood and you could leave the windows open or the car unlocked and no one would bother it PAC ur Pet Unit A was wonderful. In town for a client presentation. Love Salt Lake. Went to the new library around the corner - great space! Uber 10 minutes to the airport, 10 to the U, and instantly downtown. Location, location, location, for downtown business this flatly cannot be beat. Pugsley space us homey, clean, and complete. Quiet, good electronics, and warm. Lili was great, loved her warmth, enthusiasm, and friendliness. Will definitely be back in SLC, and staying with Lili and Christine.

My family often have to travel back and forth from Easter ID and Southern UT. We always book with Lili and Christine for SLC layover. Each property has great accomidations and is impeccably clean.

Thanks again Lili and Christine. Pugsley worked out great for us. The location was perfect, so close to downtown yet away from the noise. The house was very comfortable, clean and you really have it stocked with everything we needed for cooking. You are certainly on top of our list when our group comes back to SLC.

This is a sub-divided house that has two units. The unit that we stayed in (Unit A) is a nice space. The backyard was helpful for our dog as well. The manager of the property seemed nice. Another plus is that this is in a pleasant neighborhood. The downside to this stay for us was a lack of privacy. There was maintenance staff over commonly to the house and around the grounds. One time we came home to find the staff in the house (without asking) and our puppy camera found this member in our bedroom looking around another day. On a few occasions it was noisy as well. This will depend on if/who is staying at the other unit as there is not much sound cancellation in some areas of the house between the units. Airbnb's policy states to hosts: "Always be mindful of your guests' privacy. Fully disclose whether there are security cameras or other surveillance equipment at or around your listing. Make sure you are aware of and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws." Additional statement includes "Other Rules. It's also important to understand and abide by other contracts or rules that bind you, such as leases, condo board or co-op rules, HOA rules, or rules established by tenant organizations. Please read your lease agreement and check with your landlord if applicable."

Hi Brenton, We are very sorry for the privacy issue. We spoke with that staff and he misunderstood your communication with him when replacing the microwave in your kitchen. He said he communicated with you about needing to leave to grab some different brackets and when he returned, he said you were gone and he was looking for the breaker box on the other side of the kitchen (bedroom) which he ended up finding inside the kitchen cabinet. If there is more to this story, please let us know. He has worked full time for us since September, 2015 and we have never once received one complaint regarding him. We have gone over the privacy policy with him again and he is very apologetic. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we welcome any details that you feel may be necessary for us to improve. The walls between the units are cement except in the bathroom and we have never received even one noise complaint before since acquiring the property in March 2008.

Christine made my first experience with AirBNB and easy one. She was quick to respond to all inquiries and helpful in resolving any issues I had. The Puglsey home was comfortable and cozy and well stocked with anything I could have needed during my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
