We welcome you to our home/hotel. Yours is a clean, comfortable, air conditioned, private, locking room with your own bath. You have locking: desk drawer, closet and small fridge/freezer. You may also, if staying a week or more, share our kitchen.
Our motto at the Shamrock is, "Do you need a bit o' Irish luck? We hope to make your stay at our little hotel/home comfortable and safe. There is free 24 hour WI-FI throughout the compound. From your locked room in our colorful compound, you have easy access to our restaurant and bar. You can sit out under the thatched tukul to take the breeze and work outside, or chat with friends or associates.
The capable and sweet restaurant/bar staff are available from morning to late night to sere you.
Our compound is secure, and we have nice guards at the door. If you have a car, you can park onsite or on the street.

You have easy access to the restaurant and bar. Your locked room is accessed via a broad hall lined with native plants. In your room you'll find your bathroom as well as a locking closet and locking desk drawer, and a small locking fridge! There is a TV with remote and remotely adjustable air conditioning. Meals are available for order at our on-site restaurant, and we do have have a laundry service available.

You will be warmly welcomed here by me, my family and staff. I am happy to provide a free shuttle to/from the airport. I am generally available to help you and to answer questions or to taxi you to meetings or activities. If you need suggestions for activities or logistical support for your work, I am also available for that.

There is no post office in this country! Really.
Also, when traveling in Juba, you'll want to use SSP (South Sudanese Pounds). At this writing, the SSP is worth about $0.35, but the transfer rate fluctuates, so please check the web as you plan your visit. Many businesses also take USD$, however, be warned that $20 bills are the best USD currency to carry, and the banks and shops won't take USD earlier than the year 2006.

There is no smoking (of anything) in the rooms. If you need to share our kitchen, we figure you will keep it at least as clean as you find it.
