This house is in one of the nicest recreational areas in Northern Arizona. There is room for everyone to come play. It has 12 beds, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

Make this home your northern Arizona Mountain Getaway. One hour and 45 minutes to the Grand Canyon (100 miles ) One hour and forty five minutes (120 miles ) from the Phoenix metro area right off I17 exit 322 you will be in the pine trees of Coconino National Forest. The house is located in Pinewood /Munds Park close to the Country Club. There is a kids Park, pool, tennis courts, and golf course, and lake within 200 yards from the house. On the hill is the entry to Coconino Forest with endless trails for UTV’s, ATV’s and dirt bikes that leads to Mormon lake and other forest regions of Northern Arizona. Flagstaff is 15 minutes up the road on I17 and Sedona can be reached off of Route 89 in 30 minutes. Munds is at 6500 feet and in the Pines where Sedona is high desert and much warmer. Skiing in the winter at Snowbowl is 40 minutes from the house.
If you are looking to experience Northern Arizona you have found your base camp . Sedona, Flagstaff, Oak Creek Canyon, The Grand Canyon, mountain biking, skiing, hiking (Mt Humphries), endless ATV and UTV trails in Coconino National forest are easily accessible from this location.

Flagstaff 15 minutes away
History buffs will delight in the Route 66 nostalgia and the museums and attractions dedicated to Flagstaff’s Native American culture and old west legacy. Those who like to hit the town will have a hard time choosing between all of the breweries, restaurants and galleries in historic downtown. Walnut Creek Canyon, Northern Arizona University Campus, Sunset Crater, The lava Cave, the zip line park and Lowell observatory are all in the Flagstaff area.
Flagstaff attracts outdoor enthusiasts year-round with its spacious vistas and cool, clean mountain air. Favorite activities include hiking, mountain biking, disk golf, camping, boating and rock climbing. During the winter months, Flagstaff is host to countless skiers and snowboarders, as well as many families who come to enjoy nearby snowplay.
Sedona 30 minutes away

Sedona galleries, jeep tours, and scenic downtown make for a perfect get away. The Oak Creek canyon located north of Sedona on the way to Flagstaff is an American treasure.

The house is laid out to bring everybody and all their outdoor gear. It is a 4 bedroom with 12 beds and 3 bathrooms. Over the garage is a mother in law suite that has four beds ( 4 full beds) , a kitchen, refrigerator, and full bathroom. The main house is a 3br , 2 bathroom house with 8 beds. The base price for the house is our standard rate that is advertised. For an additional 150.00 a night you can get access to the Mother in law suite over the garage which has its own bathroom , kitchen and 4 queen beds. This allows you to split a large group for sleeping. In the back of the house is a huge covered patio area that combines the main house from the area over the garage. The main house has two bedrooms and a loft with two bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs and the other is down stairs. The loft has a king bed and a full bed. The lower two bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. The house has a huge central room with four couches a bean bag chair and two wood stoves. The kitchen has all the utensils ,pots, pans, dishes and spices you feel like you are at home. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven dishwasher, and refrigerator. The house comes equipped with WIFI, TV’s and Netflixs.
