Parking: PARKING PASSES – A Parking Pass is located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. A $100 fee will be assessed for non returned parking passes.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Hot Tub: Minor children are not permitted in the hot tub unless their parent or guardian is in the hot tub area. No children under the age of 6 permitted in hot tubs at any time.  When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. 

Fireplace: The fireplace is a gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.

Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.

Jim's place is conveniently located in close proximity to all the good stuff. There are nearby restaurants, bike trails, and free public transit. The condo was well stocked. We stayed with two young kids, so we were a little nervous about using the balcony. That was great though. Highly recommend.

This is my second year in a row staying at Jim's condo. I would recommend his place to anyone including friends and family visiting Park City. It is in a good location and has plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It is close to main street, maybe a 15 minute walk or catch the bus outside the condo. The rail trail is across the street where you can bike, run or hike to the hills next to the condo. Jim is very responsive to any questions or issues. I would say it is one of the best values in Park City.

Cute, clean, very well equipped condo, in a pretty ugly little building. I can't imagine actually using the hot tub in the atrium, but maybe the vibe is different in the winter? There is a great pizza place literally steps from the building, and the free bus to downtown runs right in front, though we had a hard time figuring out exactly when, and where. We just stood out there for 20 minutes and then asked the first bus driver that came along - not a big deal in the summer - might be crummy in the winter or rain. Super easy access to the building and unit with keypads, so no hassle of picking up keys, which is great. Check out is pretty early, and check in is pretty late. Would have loved to have been able to park our car earlier so we could relax and explore town, without the added expense of parking (an art festival was on, so parking was pretty pricey). Jim's welcome email/info was spot on, and much appreciated. An enjoyable stay, with a few small quibbles. Thanks Jim!

We stayed at Jim's condo twice this summer, for a total of ~3 weeks. The condo is well-maintained, clean and very convenient to everything in Park City. We plan on staying there again when we return to Park City.

We were in town for a week for my daughter's softball tournament, and needed and place to stay that gave us enough room for our entire family. Jim's condo was just as I expected from his previous great reviews. The condo was clean, and welcoming. Jim prepared us with communicating all the necessary instructions from parking, to the best places to eat. We were pleasantly pleased with the thoroughness of Jim's hospitality, and if we are in PC again, would definitely love to stay at his place! A great value, that I highly recommend.
