I only have a few easy rules for you to follow during your stay.
· Shoes - Please take off your shoes at the entrance of our home. This is a common practice in Japan and should be followed in most homes and temples.
· Smoking — In this listing I ask that you do not smoke inside the property.
· Noise — There are many families situated all over Tokyo. I ask that you keep the noise to a respectful level during your stay, especially in the evenings. I have very nice neighbors and want to be respectful in return. Please NO parties.
· Security — I request that during your stay you keep the key and make sure the property is locked when no one is present. If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them on the premise.
If you have any questions or concerns about the following guidelines, I am more than happy to assist you. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

My name is Mariko and I have been running a gallery in Ginza since 1998. After graduating from a music university, I worked as a music teacher at an elementary school for many years. Besides music, I also deeply care about art. My hobbies include music, art and travelling.
I especially love Europe, because of its music and art. I really enjoyed my trip to the Louvre, and I even managed to attend a concert, held at the Wiener Musikverein Hall. During the trip, I fully enjoyed my relaxing and comfortable hotel stay.
I am a big fan of Airbnb and hope you will discover my artistic room with a unique style and decoration, which will provide you with an intimate and homey experience that you may not be able to find in any hotel.
I sincerely hope you have a pleasant and comfortable stay while travelling in Japan.
