Located in North Mission Beach, our home is surrounded by water, with the bay one property east, and the ocean one block west. This listing is for the second level of a three story triplex.

The home includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There a flat screen television with cable and Internet as well as DVR recorders so you won't miss your favorite shows while enjoying all that Mission Beach has to offer. Within the main dinning areas there is enough seating for 8 people. There is sleeping for 8 people comfortably in the two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room and a day bed with trundle (two twin beds) also in the living room.

The beautiful view deck has plenty of lounging area to enjoy the beach air and sun. It has a firetable, grill and outdoor dining area for a mid-day lunch or a summer evening BBQ.
North Mission Bay offers a beautiful white sand beach ideal for families with young children. The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is 100 yards away, and has a playground, large grassy area, basketball court, and rentals (paddleboards, kayaks, jetskis, sailboats, water skiing, etc)
On the ocean side, Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the Mission Beach Lifeguard station. Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure.
Parking at the beach is a rarity and this home comes with a parking space in a one car garage attached to the house.
We are right next to the famous Catamaran Hotel. They have a wonderful spa and a great restaurant for brunch.

This is a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation with the fun and excitement within reach. Quiet hours are after 10pm in which all must be off the patios with doors and windows closed if the fun is brought inside. Our neighborhood echoes and we respect all of our neighboring tenants. Parties are not allowed.

Please do not smoke on the property. This includes inside and on the patios. If a guest smokes on the property the security deposit will be forfeited
Our neighborhood is quite, relaxing, and family friendly. During daytime hours, noise should be reasonable and respectful with no loud music. After 10pm everyone must be off the patios and inside with closed doors and windows. We can be fined for noise violations (SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2), so your security deposit can be forfeited due to violation of the noise policy
