This nice renovated apt is located in the center of Corralejo, in the famous Bristol area.

This nice renovated apartment (twin apartment of Casa Steven, which is door to door with Casa Perla) is located in the center of Corralejo, in the famous Bristol area. It's just 3 minutes walking distance to the busy part of the town, where all the shops are. It’s located on the first floor of a nice two stories building.
Just 100 meters away you will find the famous "Avenida", a very good and cheap restaurant.
The apartment comprise of a living room with a queen size sofa-bed, a dining table, a complete kitchen, a nice tiny balcony, with two chairs and a table. A corridor will take you to the two bedrooms. Both bedroom have a queen size bed (one bedroom can be set with two single beds). The bathroom is complete with sink, WC, bidet, shower and tub. Linens and towels are provided with the rental.
The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. It was just renovated and all the amenities are brand new.
Complete with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes, cups and glasses, tableware, italian moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, washing machine, iron - iron board, internet WiFi connection and a TV with satellite international channels.
The apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator in the building (just one easy flight of stairs to climb).
On the terrace on the roof of the building, you will find a big dining table and four deck-chairs to relax (there are only two flights of stairs to go to the roof of the building).
The roof terrace is shared only with other two apartments. The table, the chairs and the deck chairs are only shared with our other apartment (Casa Steven).
There is also a very comfortable private garage, where you can safely park you car. Street parking in front of the building is also very easy.
The apartment is located just 400 meters from the sea, the beach, the port, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, taxis, the promenade and all the nightlife.
The location is the best you can wish for!
Large families, can also rent the twin apartment (Casa Steven) that is just door to door with this one.

Please, take note of the check in / check out schedule:
Check in can be done from 10:00* am.
Check in past midnight are subject to 10 Euros late arrival fee.
Check in scheduled to arrive past 1:00 am will not be possible.
*Departing guests must check out by 10:00 am, so by that time you can drop your luggage at the apartment in any case. The apartment will be ready and cleaned around 1:00 pm.
Early check in can be possible only if the previous guests leave earlier than 10:00 am, or if the apartment was not occupied the night before.
Check out time is by 10:00 am, unless the next guests are arriving in the afternoon or there are no other guests arriving that day.
Do not hang towels on the railing of the balcony! – They will get rust stains. (you will be charged if towels, linens or bed covers will get rust stains). Please use our clothes racks.
The garbage can be disposed around the corner (on the left when leaving the building). Only from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM . (never during the day, or you can be fined by the Police).
When leaving for the day , make sure all windows are properly closed and the door is locked with the key.
Check in can be done from 10:00*am to 10:00 pm.
*Please note that the departing guests must leave by 10:00AM. If the previous guests leave at 10:00AM, at that time, you can just drop your luggage. The apartment will be ready and cleaned between 11:30AM and 2:00PM.
No Parties, no pets, no smoking in the apartment, no noise of any kind past 11:30 PM.
The access to the roof terrace is only allowed until dusk.)
For safety reason and to protect the privacy of potential guests staying in the apartment right below the roof terrace, the access is allowed only at day time.
The deck chairs are meant to be used only on the terrace. It's prohibited to remove them from the terrace and take them anywhere else (like at home or on the beach).
If any of the these rules are violated, we reserve the rights to retain part or the full amount of the security deposit.
although the apartment is generally safe, we recommend guests not to leave any cash, valuables and documents of any kind, unattended.
The owner or the management of the property will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any stolen or lost items.
When you leave for the day, please make sure that the door of the apartment is properly locked with the keys and that all the windows are well closed.
