The place is ok. The courtyard needs serious tlc. Lots of spider webs on the chairs and weeds everywhere. There were 2 coffee mugs and one had serious stains that we couldn't get off. The place is nice but I feel like there is a lot of wasted space and a loft should be added. Lots of nice rustic touches. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors and street noise.

This apartment was perfect for our vacation in the French Quarter. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and it was walkable to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The location is great. Right at the edge of the French Quarter, easy walking distance to lots of places, but also pretty easy to park. The place is pretty much as advertised; clean, decent-sized, and three of us stayed there comfortably. Quiet at night, but close to lots of nightlife. Highly recommended. Stephen's also a great host.

Stephen was very accessible by phone and very accommodating with our checkout time. I stayed here with my parents and it was quiet and relaxing but easy walking distance to everything else in the French Quarter.

Stephen was awesome. Responsive and helpful. The location of this place is perfect if you're looking for a base camp set up. Bourbon street is a three minute walk and the Market and Canal street are right around the corner. The inside of the house was awesome. It seemed that there were gifts and decorations left by other guests and it gave the place a great vibe. Highly recommend.

Stephen's airbnb was in the perfect location to enjoy New Orleans. We enjoyed the closeness to the downtown neighborhoods. We were able to explore by walking. The airbnb was clean and a good size. The pullout couch mattress was pretty thin, but the regular mattress was comfortable. Stephen was only a text away if we needed assistance, whether it was running out of toilet paper or finding the best location to try crawfish. Stephen was very accommodating when our trip was prolonged due to snow in the north east. It was a huge help! His dog, Dixie, was also great company. Would highly recommend this airbnb, an amazing trip!!

I hate to post this but I want to give my honest feedback. The place I was really surprised when I walked into the air bnb. The pictures definitely make it look bigger than what it is. The place is a studio, seems like it's a converted attic. It can comfortably sleep 3, two on the bed and 1 on the couch. The tub isn't the best, I recommended you take shower sandals, it had questionable stains. There was a lingering smell of cigarette throughout the apt. If you don't care about the place and only care about the location, you would enjoy it. It is walking distance to Bourbon St and Frenchman St. The owner Stephen was out of the country and left the key for us in the building. I tried communicating with him regarding a couple of questions I had before and during my trip and he either didn't respond or responded really late. I had an issue with him that made me feel really uncomfortable, I had to email him and air bnb. Please make sure you communicate with him if you do decide to stay here.

Born and bred in New Orleans, this city is in my blood and I love sharing it with visitors. Father to a tall, dark, and handsome lab, Dixxie, you'll find me wandering the French Quarter in search of music, food, and all around good time.
