There is no one of our guest that have complained about our villa and our services. The Reason of this review is explain in the text below: Elisa and her family were my hosts for 10 days and it was the first unpleasant experience as host. I've been called several times by neighbors who complained about noise and rowdiness caused by their children. The children in the presence of the parents (careless about that) have: - Vandalized using blows of wood, stone and iron the wall of the stairway to the sea (of condominium ownership), - Blasted for playing the plaster from the wall of the veranda of the villa, - Damaged plants in the villa and in the residence. All recorded by security cameras in the outdoor garden. At the ceck out we found broken the slats of a bed and a chair and after check out we realized that there is also a tent with holes. The apartment it was delivered in poor hygienic conditions and smelly, waste for 10 days have not been dismissing, the garbage bags were piled in one of three veranda and for the heat produced stench and attracted cats scattered waste everywhere . When checking out we were only refunded the cost of the chair, and the slats of the plants in our garden by refusing to pay the other damage caused because the amount exceeded the thousand euro. In addition of that after my protest and request of damages refund they have started to tell me a pretext list of disserving as for example the fact that a bedroom was illuminated with stand light against as central light or that a tile on the veranda was raised and yet that the microwave did not work (there was taking disconnected), and other such nonsense things. The meaning of these complaints was to minimize the damage done and especially in a veiled manner threatening a possible negative review. PS for Airbnb: Today I have not complained airbnb for the suffered damages as I waiting to examine the contents of their review that, if unfounded, I will be forced, to add to the lawsuit damages for defamation in front of a review that is not a simple negative criticism but an instrument of blackmail to damage the good name of my accommodation.
