Our home is located on a nice quiet residential block. It's walking distance (.5 miles) from 2 light rail stops. Only minutes to the airport, U of M, and downtown and MOA. There are also several great restaurants and brewpubs within walking distance.
Our home has a beautiful open layout concept with tons of windows and lots of natural light. It is an early 1900s bungalow that has been carefully updated and has a nice balance of old and new. Our dog Phoebe may bark when first meeting you, but she is harmless and quickly warms up to new friends.

Atención a los huéspedes
We both work full time and so most likely won't be around too much during weekdays. We are really good about communicating with guests and being as helpful as possible.
We are always willing to offer suggestions of restaurants, places to go, things to see, or any other questions you may have while staying in Minneapolis. There is a collection of menus from some of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood as well as some magazines with other ideas of things to do in the area. We love our city and want you to enjoy your stay with us.
Also, if we happen to catch each other on a Saturday or Sunday morning we love to make a pot of coffee and chat if guests are up for it.
Otros aspectos destacables
We do have an adorable small dog named Phoebe. She may bark at you, but she is harmless. Also, please be aware, she is a shedding dog. We try to keep up with dog hair as much as possible, but inevitably you will probably find some. We keep the french doors shut to the guest area to make sure she stays out of your space and to keep it as hair-free as possible. Feel free to open the doors and roam around the house as you wish.
There is only one bathroom located off of the kitchen. We will all be sharing.
Finally, we do live on a hill, so there are quite a few stairs you will need to climb to get to the front door. If you are not able to climb stairs please let us know and we can give you access to the back entrance.
No smoking inside the house.
I'm a mild mannered 30 something, with an appetite for adventure. Always starting a new project, less often finishing them. I'm a 50/50 introvert/extravert...depending on the day, who you are, and how much coffee I've had ;) I love nature and I'm working towards a more minimal/simplistic lifestyle.
I can enjoy myself almost anywhere I travel, but a few of my favorite destinations are Portugal, Alaska, Ecuador, Switzerland. I can spend hours/weeks/months planning a trip, but in general I like to get the basics, figure out the highlights and must-dos and then just see what happens when I get there.
