Great location. I had a chance to meet David and he was gracious and willingly took care of an unanticipated issue at the check-in. Looking forward to returning.

I and my family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. As far as location goes, it is central and within 15 min car ride from most Twin Cities attractions. It is close to biking and walking trails. There is garage parking which helps immensely and our minivan could be parked in it with ease. Note of caution: the driveway has quite an incline so I'm not sure how easy it will be in the winter. Amenities: wifi is great. Cable TV with HBO. There is a queen bed and 2 pull out sofas, one being queen and the other is a twin. The mattress in the twin pull out may not be comfortable for some people, it was certainly not for me. There is a gas range and there are utensils and dishes needed to cook, although basic salt, pepper and some oil would have been great. To be fair, David did say that "kitchen has everything except what you cook" but based on previous Airbnb experiences we expected more. David was easily reachable via text messages. Ultimately, 3 things that made our stay (especially sleep) not-so-memorable: 1. Creaky floors upstairs. 2. The heater in the living room which sounds like a jet taking off each time it starts. Mind you, the two pull out sofas are in this room. 3. Not-so-good heat in the bedroom, and the fact that there was no comforter there. It would be an great place to stay in the spring and summer, but if I were to visit in fall or winter, I would bring along my own inflatable bed, some comforters and ear plugs!

This was a very affordable option in a neighborhood where there aren't hotels available. The place was clean and had plenty of space. We had issues with noise from upstairs and the heating system when sleeping, but that was easy to overcome with a pair of earplugs. Check-in went smoothly, David responded quickly with any questions we had, and having a garage for parking was great.

Great to have running/walking paths just out the door. Quiet neighborhood. There was a recent flood in the one bedroom, so there are fans running constantly and it's quite musty. There is a train that runs by in front, and the furnace is quite loud, so if you're a light sleeper this isn't the best choice. The apt is dated, but functional. Cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen appliances was an issue, but I have provided that feedback; hopefully that issue will be resolved.
