This was our first Airbnb experience and it could not have been better! Great hosts, the location was great. Such nice people, we could have sat and talked for hours, but we needed to be on our way! If we do a concert at Bethel Arts Center again, we will definitely plan to stay with Jim & David!

Jim and Dave were very welcoming and friendly. We felt at home. We rented all three rooms that were available - five of us stayed there for two nights while we attended a family wedding. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were great, breakfast was perfect!

Jim's place was absolutely perfect for our short visit to Monticello. He's such an interesting guy - loved sitting on the patio and hearing about his adventures. Jim's the ideal host and we were more than impressed with his hospitality. His place had cool furnishings and an extremely great vibe. We would have loved to stay longer. Thanks Jim!

What serendipity to happen upon Jim and his incredibly cool curated home of mid-century decor and furnishings!! Upon meeting Jim, with in the first fifteen minutes it felt like we were visiting an old friend. Incredibly hospitable and considerate-Jim showed us the entire house and property , all the while sharing (URL HIDDEN) of how he has lovingly procured his fantastic collection of mid century decor and furniture. Jim is a natural with hospitality and attends to guest needs/comforts with calm cool competence. It really feels like you are staying in a dedicated "bed and breakfast". Pre- Bethel Woods concert wine and terrific conversation on the deck with Jim was a special touch ; only to resume the same great connection over a very delicious cup of coffee the next morning . Jim is a stand out- and his generosity of spirit , along with the very chic and comfortable home he opens to guests made for the perfect overnight. Guests have lounging freedom in the home and out in the lovely back yard, it's very relaxing. We look forward to joining Jim in Monticello very soon- we highly recommend him and his home and will most definitely be back !! Thank you so much Jim, xo Beth and Jeff

Jim and David were great hosts, They made us feel very welcome and when we got there we had a great chat in the back garden patio. They offered us drinks and we talked for about 2 hours. They were very friendly and it was very nice and tranquil in the house. They had breakfast ready for us to eat every morning and were very informative about the surrounding area. We will definitely stay with Jim and David again. We have made two new friends!
