Main bedroom with queen bed sleeps 2. The second bedroom with one single + one king single bed sleeps 2 (there is walking-room only between the two beds and a small amount of space at bed ends). A foam mattress under the queen bed sleeps one on the living area floor. A portacot is available for a baby or infant.

We provide LINEN, PILLOWS and DUVETS FOR ALL BEDS (including portacot), TOWELS, BATH MATS and FACE CLOTHS for ALL GUESTS, and tea towels and hand towels in the kitchen.

City Bach has a compact carpark in the apartment building; fits vehicles up to 480 cm long x 155 cm wide. Hireage is NZ$20 per night. CARPARK MUST BE BOOKED AND PAID FOR (directly to us) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. We provide you with detailed, fail-proof directions, with photographs, for accessing our carpark.

If you're are arriving in Wellington before the 2 pm check-in time, you're welcome to put your luggage in our locked storage room. This is a self-service system, and needs to be arranged with us prior to arrival so we can ensure a set of keys is available for you to gain access to the apartment building.

City Bach is on the edge of the vibrant Cuba Quarter, which hosts the famous Friday and Saturday Night Markets - these are a 'must do' because of the vibrant atmosphere and gorgeous authentic foods, etc on offer.

A 5-7 minute walk will get you to our beautiful waterfront and Te Papa (our national museum).

Within 0-20 minutes walk from City Bach you can access many excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, Courtenay Place entertainment area, theatres, shopping, including some womenswear designer shops and Gubbs Shoes.

If you like to buy delicious fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, and the most gorgeous breads ever, head to the Sunday Harbourside Market between 7.30 am to 1 pm. You won't be disappointed. Sam from Shelly Bay Bakery is the most fabulous bread baker we know of.

Lanes Tenpin Bowling is 5-6 minutes walk away. Book ahead.
